Nighttime Skincare Routine

My mom taught my sisters and I the importance of taking care of your skin starting at a young age. She also stressed the significance of using natural products with minimal ingredients, rather than harsh, drying cleansers. While people have all different preferences, I have established a routine that works well for my skin and it starts with a good cleanser. Using a Clarisonic can be very beneficial in terms of exfoliation but it can also be too harsh for delicate skin. I prefer to just use the brush and exfoliate by hand with my cleanser, as I found when I was using the vibrating brush head too, my skin reacted poorly. After cleansing, I use a hydrating mist, a thick moisturizer, serum, and eye cream. Find some recommendations below and even if you can switch a few of your beauty products to the natural variety you’re doing something good!



Step 1: Remove mascara with Tangerine & Lemon Facial Cleansing Oil


Step 2: Cleanse with Calolea Olive Oil Cleanser (I know it says shampoo, but it’s extremely gentle and works wonders on the face!) and a Clarisonic delicate brush head

Step 3: Mist face gently with Cucumber and Calendula Nutrient Mist. Moisturize with Calendula Blossom & Rose Night Cream and Pomegranate & Argan Antioxidant Oil Serum


Step 4: Apply any natural eye cream by dabbing it on gently with your ring finger and layer up on lip balm… this one is unbeatable, I cannot live without it.
