Meal planning and bran muffins at Woodside Bakery
It’s a rain Friday morning which naturally means I have a candle burning and am sipping ginger tea. Earlier this week while planning what I’d like to have around for breakfast, I remembered the brown rice mochi I used to make all the time. It’s essentially compacted brown rice that you pop in the oven and it puffs up into delicious little pockets you can stuff with almond butter and fruit juice sweetened jam. After getting all of the supplies to make it (finally), I look forward to it becoming a staple and yet another breakfast I look forward to in the morning. Happy Friday!
