Yogurt Bowl with Raspberry Jam and Granola

Despite being dairy-free (most of the time), I still love yogurt. I’ve tried a few different dairy-free yogurts from soy to almond to coconut based, and a constant problem I have is finding an unsweetened one! So Delicious makes a great one, however it’s not very nutritious. As my sister pointed out, you’re basically eating nothing. Luckily there’s no sugar, but there is also no protein, fat, or anything else that provides your body with fuel. That being said, I’m so excited to try Kite Hill’s new almond milk unsweetened yogurt. It looks amazing and has healthy protein and fats. It’s ideal for a yogurt bowl like this one. Enjoy!
