Happy toast Tuesday! Recently while I was at Trader Joe’s, I discovered a new spice called “everything but the bagel.” I love everything bagels but don’t eat them because they’re a bit too heavy for me, so this looked like my type of thing. Initially, I tried it with a vegan tofu cream cheese I made (I would share the recipe, but quite honestly, it wasn’t good so I threw it out) and later tried it with scrambled eggs on flax toast. It’s delicious and my sister even liked it on roasted sweet potato! I’d highly recommend it to get your everything bagel fix in but ‘without the bagel’!
