Daily Dose of Vitamins

Every morning, I take a variety of vitamins/ supplements to boost my health. Really the only two I actually take 365 days of the year are my iron supplement and vitamin C, but I’m including a few others here that are great for when you’re feeling a bit under the weather or just like you need an extra boost. If you feel deficient in something, before turning to supplements, make sure you’re eating enough fresh fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats.

If you still feel deficient, supplements are a good option. I take iron because even despite all the kale I eat, I guess I was just not getting enough. Also, you can take the liquid or pill version of most supplements so do a little bit of testing to see which works best for you.

Liquid Elderberry– This is an excellent one for immune health. You can take a teaspoon of it straight or mix it with water.

Iron Supplement– I take this daily to counteract an iron deficiency. Other great natural sources of iron that your body an digest more easily than a supplement include dark, leafy greens, seafood, red meat, dried fruit, and beans.

BioSil– Truthfully, I’ve only taken this a few times because it was in our house, however, I definitely want to get myself a bottle of this supplement soon because it is so good for skin and hair health.

Wellness Formula– For a while, I was taking this every morning and I wasn’t getting sick. I don’t think that’s a coincidence. I would recommend it to everyone as a natural and every-day immune boost.

Echinacea Immune Support– I just recently got this supplement but I have been taking it every morning to fight a nasty cold and I think it’s working!

Vitamin C Powder– Another one I take every morning, always. Vitamin C is so, so important and this powder is a great way to take it. I usually mix it with water and drink my other supplement with it.
